Refund Policy

Important Notice: Forever Health & Wellness is a referral partner of Leg Up Recovery. Refund and return decisions are handled by Leg Up Recovery in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing prescription medications.

No Returns on Prescription Products

We cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale. All sales of prescription medications are final once a prescription has been issued and services have been rendered. This policy is required by law for prescription medications.

Prescription Errors

If you believe an error was made in filling your prescription, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve any legitimate prescription errors promptly.
